Great information! As you ALL know I'm not a teacher and have no experience in managing a classroom. Thus, your (Dipti & John) guide is very useful for inexperience future teachers! I give you 10.

Dipti and John,

You provided useful strategies that I myself have used in the classroom. I ESPECIALLY agree with having all materials ready for the lesson. When I don't have my materials ready, I know my students get off track of where I wanted them to go. What I have learned is that when I do find that I don't have what I need I ask students to pair-share with their neighbor on a topic they would be intrested in talking about. This buys me time and students get a chance to talk to their neighbors.

Nice balance: Affective; Cognitive; Reciprocal accountability, and Peer interaction. I think those make for a good learning environment. I just have to ask, who pays for the materials?
10/10

Great job guys!!
I like the fact you guys thought about every little detail on classroom management. You are right! Classroom management is the single most important element during in the classroom to ensure students benefit from the learning process. Great job!!

Cindy :)
