nice blog. Your writing style "the casual language" is quite effective. You start with a very interesting question "Is being a teacher as easy as it looks?". But I think a blog posting should be shorter. If you write a lot for each post then you cannot update your blog as fast as other blogs. Big Head
Anthony, I love the last paragraph where you note how educators are paid roughly a dollar and a half per hour to babysit and educate. I know your blog takes on a humorous tone because of how much teachers actually do, but you bring up a good point in that before kids come to the classroom, we have to take into account where they are coming from. We don't know what their home life is like, so each day they arrive, it can be difficult trying to get them to "unlearn" behaviors they are surrounded with for 18 hours each day, and then 2 straight days every weekend.
Anthony, I felt your blog was funny and it had a lot of personality. The illustrations connected with your words. It was creative and very entertaining. I really enjoyed how you commented on how teachers are not only teachers but more than that, maids, lawyers, actors and more. That is so true, I believe we do that every day.
I absolutely loved your blog. As a teacher I connected to all your examples. Your use of picture with text definitely brought the blog to life, along with all the humor. It's nice to see someone be serious yet humorous with such a topic. Blogger Teacher
Your blog is very nice. I enjoyed your casual writing. I loved your points about teachers. I love all the graphics which helped to tell your story about teachers. Your points about how different people view teachers is right on. Your blog was very creative and powerful.
